Dublin, London and Paris (Fall 2019)

On a recent trip, I had one free day in each of Dublin, London and Paris. We made a quick stop in Nice, France as well. It wasn’t really enough time to do a lot of touring, but enough to walk around, explore, eat a few good meals and take a few photographs. The historic Jameson Distillery, in Dublin, was the star of the trip, but getting a Guinness pouring lesson from a friendly bartender at Dublin’s oldest pub was a special and memorable experience. In London, I tried to stop in and have tea with the Queen but they said she was busy. Shame. I went to Darjeeling Express instead (which has been on my list for a long time). It was fantastic. It’s located in SOHO and is a bit tricky to find, but it was worth the effort. I could have devoured 5 orders of their Tangra Chilli Garlic Prawns.
